Christmas is a special occasion for every individual. The festival is associated with joy, happiness and festive fervor. Through out the world, families comes together to celebrate the festival. A lot of activities go into the preparation of the festival. All the members in the family go together to the local market, Christmas tree farm, Christmas tree shop buy a Christmas tree and decorate it. The entire family gets busy in cleaning the home and its surroundings. Once the cleaning is done, decoration starts to welcome Christmas. The food, parties, feast, reunions are important associated with Christmas. There are a lot of traditions that families follow for Christmas from many years.

Traditions and Christmas go hand in hand. There are many customs that a family follows during Christmas. Christmas traditions differ from family to family.
