Christmas is the time to celebrate with family and friends. One cannot think about Christmas without delicious food, festive lights, fabulous decoration, interesting games and great music. All the families are busy preparing for Christmas. A decorated house with well-lit Christmas tree is a perfect picture of Christmas. The friends and family come together during Christmas to enjoy the festivities. On the Christmas Eve, many people go to church for a Christmas mass. After the mass, they return home and have traditional Christmas dinner followed by a party. Music, dance and games are integral parts of Christmas party. The entire family plays Christmas games during Christmas celebration.
Christmas games is an age old Christmas tradition. All the family members and friends come together to play games on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. There are various types of Christmas games. Kids Christmas games and Christmas games for adults are the two broad categories of games. There are other games like Christmas fun games, party Christmas games, Christmas games puzzles and so on. Christmas game gives us an opportunity to enjoy and spend time with our loved ones. Playing games is great fun and everyone forgets his sorrows and troubles. Christmas game is a platform that helps everyone to participate and be part of Christmas celebration.
Let us take a look at some of the Christmas games:
- Christmas Pictionary: This is a great game for kids as well as adults. You need to make a list of symbols of Christmas. At the time of the game, you should have a big board. The participants are divided in a team of five. Each team has to pick a chit that has Christmas symbol written on it. Each participant has to draw the symbol on the board while the other team has to give out the answer.
- Siamese Wrap: In this game, each team will have two members. Both the members have to wrap a gift. The trick is that both of them have to use only one hand for wrapping as the other hand is around the waist of the partner. In a given time, the team needs to finish the activity of wrapping. It is a great game for youngsters and adults.
- Stocking Guessing Game: For this game, you require stockings and small objects like bell, balls, candles and so on. You need to fill the stockings with these objects. Once, the stockings are filled, you need to tie it with a string so that no can see what is inside. Now give each of the participants, a piece of paper and let him guess what is inside the stocking by just feeling it. The stocking goes from one person to other in circular manner. It is a fun game.
