Christmas is a time for joys and celebration. While everyone is making merry during this time, even your little toddler can indulge in activities that will make him feel even more connected to Christmas. These are some preschool Christmas crafts that your little child can participate in. Out of most of these activities, your baby would love to do some craftwork at home to help you decorate the house.

Your little child can make something really simple and creative using a small brown bag. All you need to do is take a brown bag or a thick paper and ask your child to draw two stars on it. Now, you may allow him to cut the stars out using a safety round tip scissor. Remember; never let your little child play with the scissors alone. You must always keep an eye when he uses them. Lets him/ her color it or decorate the way he/ she likes. Now make a small slit starting from the top of the star right upto the center and then, on the other star, make a slit starting from the bottom of the star and going right up to the center. Once this is done, you can put the star together through both the slits. Your star is now ready, go on, and place it on the brightly lit Christmas tree.

After this fun activity, we have another activity that your baby can take part in. this one is a religious activity where you child can have fun and learn a little bit at the same time. You can tell your child the various stories about angels and inspire him to make a beautiful angel card. All you need is a stiff paper and some crayons and glitter (optional). You can either print some uncolored angels on the sturdy paper or draw them. Now, use numbers on various parts of the angel. Color code it. You child will have fun playing and matching the numbers with the color as he colors the card. At the back of the card or the bottom, add a simple biblical message.

Well, the third activity is an activity that we have all enjoyed as kids and we enjoy it till date. Singing songs together! Sing some Christmas carols with your child and let him/ her learn the songs, the small stories and the love and joy of Christmas. You could also play some recordings that the entire family can sing to.

An activity that your child would love is to make reindeers! Take a sturdy paper and draw the outline of your child's hand and of one foot. Cut these imprints out. The foot makes the face of the reindeer. To this face, stick two Google eye beads. Cut the nose, a red colored oval and stick this on the reindeer's face. Now use the hand shaped cutting as the antler's your own Rudolf is now ready!

Most important of all is that your child should have fun while doing these activities. These activities are preschool Christmas crafts that are simple for your little ones to do. Always appreciate them for their craft, even if it does not turn out very pretty. Your child will love to be appreciated and will hence indulge more in doing these activities.
