Ingredients:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups butter
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 8 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Directions
- In order to make peppermint snowball cookie recipe, first you need to mix together butter and powdered sugar in a big bowl. After this, you need to add in peppermint extract
- Add ½ cup of flour and refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours to firm dough

- 1 cup butter, softened to room temp
