- Ingredients:
- One pack of cream cheese
- Half pack of Crescent rolls
- One egg yolk
- Half teaspoon of dill weed
- Method of preparing:
- Take the crescent rolls that are refrigerated. Open the rolls and place them on a floured surface.
- Take cream cheese and place it on rolls. Sprinkle dill weed on top of Cheese cream
- Now, enclose cheese cream in the roll and seal it from sides
- Place the roll on greased cookie sheet. Brush the roll with beaten eggs.
- Bake the roll at 350 degrees in microwave for 18 minutes
- Serve hot with assorted apple slices and crackers.
2. Easy German Bierocks (Runza) Recipe
- Ingredients:
- 2 pounds beef
- One chopped onion
- One cabbage chopped
- One tablespoon vegetable oil
- Thirty six frozen dinner rolls
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Method of preparing:
- Take a spoon of vegetable oil in a pan. Add the grounded beef and cook
- Make sure beef is cooked well and it no longer has pink color.
- Add onions and stir for five minutes
- Once, onions are cooked add cabbage and let it cook
- Add salt and pepper and mix it well
- Spread the beef mixture on a cooling sheet.
- Now, spread a dinner roll and fill the cold beef mixture in it
- Seal the roll from all the sides and keep it aside
- Take oil in a pan and fry the rolls
- Serve hot
