- Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- Icing, colored sugars for decorating
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
- Methodology:
- First, you need to blend butter and sugar with mixer for 3 to 4 minutes until fluffy
- Now, beat in vanilla and egg

- Ingredients:
- 10-15 drops peppermint candy flavoring
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 35 to 45 heavy-duty plastic spoons
- Cup peppermint candies
- 2 teaspoons solid shortening (optional)
- Waxed paper
- Large cookie sheets
- Glass 1 cup measuring cup
- Quart-sized food storage bag
- Methodology:
- Cover cookie sheets with waxed paper
- Now, unwrap the peppermint candies in a food storage bag
- With rolling pin, crush candies. Place crushed candy in the medium size bowl
- After this, you need to put one cup of white chocolate chips in a bowl
