  1. Butter Rum Candy Recipe

    Ingredients

    • One tsp vanilla extract
    • Three tsp granulated fructose
    • Five cup unsweetened puffed rice
    • Two egg whites
    • Two tsp butter rum flavoring

    Method

    • Empty puffed rice into a blender and powder it finely.
    • Now pour this rice powder in to a food processor.
    • Then add vanilla extract, fructose, egg whites and butter rum flavoring.
    • Now with the help of a wooden or steel spoon mix the mixture properly. Note that the mixture will be sticky.
    • Make around twenty candies with that mixture
    • Place these candies on a buttered baking utensil.
    • Now bake these candies at 300 degree Fahrenheit or 150 degree Celsius for twenty minutes. You can check that the candies are baked by feeling their dryness.

  2. Sugar Free Chocolate Nut Clusters

    Ingredients

    • A cup full of nuts (you can use nuts like almonds, hazelnuts or cashews).
    • Two bars of sugar free chocolate (each bar of 2.8 ounce).
    • For garnishing, one third grated nuts.

    Method

    • Line a baking sheet using aluminum foil.
    • Now chop the chocolates into small pieces and place them on a low flame, to melt the chocolate.
    • Remember to stir the melting chocolate after every 45 minutes so that it is not over heated.
    • Take down the bowl and stir the chocolate until it is completely melted and then pour all the nuts in the bowl.
    • Continue stirring until all the pieces of nuts are coated with chocolate.
    • Now using a spoon pour this mixture on the baking sheet to form candies.
    • You do not need to shape it these candies can be of any shape or shapeless.
    • Now sprinkle the chocolate clusters with grated nuts
    • Cool down the candy by keeping it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
