1. Scallop and Mushroom Parmentiere Recipe
- Ingredients:
- 500 gram "traditional" mashed potatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 g of boletus mushrooms, diced
- 8 large scallops

- Preparation:
- First, you need to prepare mashed potatoes, by using milk and butter
