    • 1 Lb. Ground Pork
    • 1 Lb. Ground Beef
    • 2 Lbs. Peeled Tomatoes
    • 2 Chopped Onions
    • 6 Ounces White Raisins
    • 10 Chopped Garlic Cloves
    • 6 Ounces Pitted Green Olives
    • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
    • 1 Cup Dry White Wine

    Method:

    • To prepare it, garlic and onion must be added to a heated pan until onions get cooked
    • Now, you need to keep stirring to avoid burning of garlic
    • After this, you need to add the pork and beef until cooked
    • Now, you need to add peeled tomatoes and then cook them for ten minutes

    Ingredients:

    • 1 ½ Cups White Rice
    • 2 Cloves Garlic
    • 1 Cup Frozen Corn
    • ½ Chopped Onion
    • 3 Small Tomatoes cut into big chunks
    • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
    • 3 Cups Chicken Stock

    Method:

    • To make this dish, first you need to put garlic and tomatoes in a blender and then blend a smooth paste is made.
    • Now, you need to add rice to a heated oil in saucepan followed by onions and let them cool for 5 minutes.
    • You need to drain out oil and then add blended garlic and tomato mixture after 5 minutes.
    • After this, you need to cook it until that mixture gets soaked into rich and then add chicken stock.
    • Now, you need to reduce the heat and keep on stirring.. Now, you need to add the frozen corn and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
    • Finally, you need to turn the heat off and then let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
