- 2 Red Beetroot
- 200 Grams of Cabbage
- 4 Small Potatoes
- 400 Grams of Beef
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Carrot
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter
- 1 Teaspoon of Vinegar
- Pepper, for flavor
- Salt, for flavor
- Parsley
- Dill
- Spring Onions
- Preparation:
- To prepare Borsch, first you need to place beef in a big pan. Cover with 3 liters of cold water.
- After this, you need to boil beef and reduce heat.
- Now, you need to remove grease from the surface of pan using a spoon.
- Add onion. Cook for 1 to 2 hours on low heat.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan.
- Cut red beetroots into slices and then add to cooking pot.
- Now, you need to slice tomatoes and add to cooking pot.
- After this, you need to add vinegar to pot for enhancing liquidity. Simmer it on low heat for 1 hour.

- Ingredients:
- 1 Onion, Medium + Diced
- 2/3 Cup of Milk, cooled to Lukewarm
- 1 Cabbage Head, Large + Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- Pepper
- 4-6 Tablespoons of Butter
- 2 ¼ Teaspoons of Dry Yeast
- 3 ½ Cups of Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
- ¼ Cup of Water, Warm
- Preparation:
- In order to make Pagach, first you need to stir pinch of sugar and yeast in the water and set it aside for 5 minutes.
- Now stir together flour and salt in a big bowl.
- After this, you need to mix melted butter, egg and remaining sugar in warm milk.
